After reading all these reviews, I am scared what will happen when my fiancee and I move out soon. We have not had a good experience. The most disgusting thing is that the bathtub started molding in the cracks months ago and they won't fix it. I feel sorry for the next people that move in. It seems as if they clean it up just long enough for you to thing it's clean, but it will be molding soon after.

The electric bills are very expensive because the insulation here is horrible.

They hire contractors to work on the buildings but they still look terrible and CHEAP. Not to mention we had a contractor on our 3rd floor patio singing with his music on. We were very upset about this stunt.

The staff is nice at first but rude and defensive any time you call after that.

The lighting here is crap and I don't feel safe. My fiancee won't let me walk our dog at night by myself because a girl was knocked down and had her purse taken a few months back.
