Where to start' It took me several times placing a spashblock on the sidewalk so myself and my neighbors wouldnt have to walk through a HUGE puddle on the sidewalk due to horrible drainage. $250-$300 energy bills. A worker for Bluegrass Recc said this place had zero insulation. Satelite TV and highspeed internet which is as fast as dial up. Sat Tv was cool in 1986. Dont do something "wrong" in front of the staff bc they will yell at you like your 8. Gutters and siding are falling. If my neighbor sneezes I can hear them. Everytime it rains my patio gets covered in mud. If you live here and they KNOW YOU do. Dont go to the pool without your pool pass. They will make you go get it!!!!!!! The contractors they hire leave trailors in the parking lot for weeks on end. If you like to grill out you better buy a George Foreman. NO grills allowed. Basically its a dump.
