I have been a resident at Stoney Falls for over a year and I really enjoy it. The staff is wonderful and is willing to help no matter what. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only downfall is the electric bill does run a little higher than usual but other than that no complaints. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

This was also posted by a staff member. Only a staff member would consider a $300.00 electric bill for a one bedroom apartment a "little higher." The staff members are the rudest bunch of people I have ever met.

I live in a 2 bedroom townhouse and my electric bill runs a fraction of stoney falls. There are drafts coming in the apartments everywhere but if you call to complain to get the problem fixed, you're lease will be up before anything is done, not that they'd do anything about it anyway.
