I've lived here for over a year and I should have moved out when my lease was up. It took them 48 hours to fix my air and fix an unusable sink. When they finally came to fix it, they used one of my trash cans from a different room to catch leaking water and two brand new rolls of my papertowels to clean up their mess...no apologies were even made. I have a dog which they made me lock up so that someone could fix the floor but they did not show up so I had to lock my dog up another day and the staff was extremely rude about it. Especially in the winter, there is no water pressure when you try to use any hot water. The shower head will just leak unless you take a cold shower. The bathroom ceiling is already molding...a problem that they don't seem too interested in fixing so now we are getting sick all of the time. Often, they don't even give you 24 hours notice before entering your apartment which they are legally supposed to do. The parking areas are not lit and are dangerous...an elderly lady got mugged in the one near mine. It took them over 3 months to fix a hole in the side of our building. When they did fix it, you could tell that it was molding inside but they just covered it up. We put a little bowl of cat food outside for a stray cat that looked like it was starving and got a letter from them threatening legal action if we did not bring it in immediatly. This is a horrible place to live and I plan on moving out as soon as my lease is up.

Mold!..well trust me when I tell you mold is everywhere, there are different typs of mold, most don't do any damage if caught in time, the staff take actions in fixing the problem with doing what the health department requires, there is even mold outside..it's everywhere. I have founf the staff always gives plenty of notice before coming into my apt, but then again I rarely have any trouble, and as far as the eldery lady getting mugged, I havent heard anything about that. I don't think the lighting is bad it's plenty lit up around my building, I've lived here for 2 yrs, I renew in Feb. The cat, I think you should've called animal society so that it would get a chance to be adopted, as far as the shower head, tell them to replace it.

The response was posted by a staff member. Most of them can not spell or speak proper English.

If this management company would NOT inform the staff when they are going to test for illegal narcotics use they just might catch the users and clean house.

In response to 11/5/07's comment-
That's funny that you never heard about the old lady getting mugged because it was on the news. The shower head isn't the problem- we bought a new one, the water pressure is just awful. I hate to break it to you- while mold is everywhere, there are types that are very harmful to your health. I wish I knew what building you live in that is so well lit- possibly you are a staff member that doesn't even live in these terrible apartments?
