I have only lived at stoney falls for 3 months and I am already counting down the days until my lease is up! When we first moved in our washer and dryer hookup leaked. We later found out this was because the pipes were rusted through, and simply painted over to cover it up. We put in 2 maintenence requests and still have never seen a maintenence man or heard from the office as to why it has not been Fixed. I have seen roaches, spiders, flying ants, and hundreds and hundreds of ants at a time in the apartment which was supposed to have been treated by an exterminator (not likely). There is no insulation and the windows are bad. Bedrooms stay cold and the main living area gets hot as soon as you turn the heat on, but then is freezing again 5 minutes later. Which pretty much forces you to leave the heat on all the time if it's cold outside. These apartments are serviced by Bluegrass Energy which is NOT CHEAP at all. Expect a 150-200 electric bill every month. Not to mention the cable company that you are forced to use. You will pay just as much for cable and internet as you would with insight but the internet doesn't work half the time, and the cable is basic cable, Not digital. When I moved in they bragged about their 2 tanning beds that were available for all to use, and their great gym that you have to pay to get a pass to get into. The gym equipment is terrible ,and ALWAYS dirty. The floor is covered in mud and it is never cleaned. And the tanning beds have gone from almost 24/hr use to us only being able to use them when the office staff is present. from 9-5. Which doesn't really work out for those of us who actually have a job. Oh yea...did i forget to mention that my neighbors were infested with bed bugs' This place sucks. STAY AWAY!

I'm pretty sure that there is a law on the books about the maintenance stoners not using on the job too.
