Please do not let them fool you. They will give you specials, wave deposits and bend over backward to get you in.....then they will make up for all of it by charging you a fortune when you move out. They charged us 600 for new carpet and carpet pad and we didn't have a pet, a party, or anything that would ruin a carpet. Once you move in, they've got you and they aren't worried about taking care of you anymore. If you do make the mistake of moving here....do not pass up a move out inspecation....even if they make you wait for days to have one. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Not to mention the ridiculous utility prices, the skunks, the chewed up andn broken cabinets, and the unlit parking.

I didn't have an opportunity for a walk-through inspection - my apartment caught fire and was destroyed, and management told me not to worry about ANY cleaning, because the entire unit would have to be remodeled. I still haven't gotten a bill, and I'd better not. I've got photographs and copies of the police/fire report, and my dad is a lawyer in real estate.
