Ok - First of all...all of these negative complaints make me sooo mad! The "supposed" shooting or stabbing NEVER happened! Even the police and news crew said so! If you read the letter that the office sent out you might not be over-reacting so badly! The guy apparently got himself into his own mess. I feel very safe here and have always enjoyed my apartment. I have lived here for 3.5 years now and the only problem I have ever had is that my dishwasher leaked because it was an old one, and the office/maint replaced it for me. Maybe you all should realize that we're not living in the Ritz Carlton!!! My apartment is awesome and the pool and fitness center is great. No - it's not a brand new apartmnet, but I also dont' pay the price of one either. And I have shopped around town! - Almost no one else pays for our water. I just think this is such crap! how people just get on here to -----. If you move out and have a charge...well...maybe you shouldnt have damaged your apartment.
anyway...now I feel like one of those people getting on here to just let off some steam! I just want to say for the record....I've lived here for a while and the office and maint guys are great.....and I love my apt.
Just come visit for yourself and form your own opinions! Dont listen to these people just on here to -----!

Maybe your unit is up-to-date, but sadly, most units are in horrible condition. When you work and have a family to take care of, paying $400 in electric bills is a joke. Do you even pay your own bills, or do your parents pay them like most of the tenants at Stoney Falls??
