Well like most I rented from these idiots for about 8 month. The first tip off should have been I couldn't see the apartment until I signed the lease and I hated it was 102 right on the end. I told them I didn't like it and they pretty much said "too bad." I had to keep complaining about the fan being loose in my daughters room and 3 months later they finall decide to tighten it and it started right back up again guess that is what happens when your cheap. Then the nightmare moved out and they say I owe them over 3000 for cleaning and repair. I called them them and all they say is I owe it. Would never send me an itemized statement like I requested got a letter from a collections agency and disputed and never heard anything back from them. I guess they figure out how messed up they are. Don't ever rent from them it's not worth the headache.

I find it highly ironic that you call the employees "idiots" when your rant with botched English was so difficult to read, one can hardly understand what it is that you are complaining about.

I don't think they were pointing out poor grammar to be rude, but saying that incorrect grammar leads to unclear communication. If bentleybr's reading skills are at the same level as their writing skills, a lease would be extremely difficult to follow. This is what can lead to $3000.00 in charges...not forgetting to clean the kitchen.

Oh please...it doesn't cost $3,000 to clean a kitchen...and how would you know if they didn't clean a kitchen. Clearly, the apartment management was attempting to collect the money needed to make the repairs that should've been made in the first place. If they truly felt the charges were justified, they would've gladly supplied the itemized statement requested by the reviewer, and they surely wouldn't have dropped collection attempts in that case either. Sounds pretty shady to me. Oh, and my 29 ACT and 4.0 college education was able to follow the reviewer's post just fine. "Ironically," the only person who would've felt the need to attack something on a site such as this would be the people who know the review was justified. Have a nice day Stoney Falls.
