I have only been here a few months and have not really had a bad or good experience. I stay pretty busy and this was just a place to live. I have pretty low rent, high electric, and no issues with my apartment so it all evens out. My week started out with the staff picking up my trash for me and take it to the curb on a rainy day. They also gave me a bag of laundry detergent and quarters. I have my own washer and dryer but I got a coke with the money! The next day I had a bag of candy on my door. It was not the best candy, but I thought it was cool that they did this for everyone that lives here. Today on my way to work at 7 am, there were people in the front entrance giving me breakfast. I had a muffin and bottle of orange juice. I found out this is "resident appreciation week" where they do something nice everyday. I just thought it was pretty cool. I know people are not going to move here just for this once a year, but I think it's neat that they do stuff like this.

No, they did do a Resident Appreciation Week - but my suggestion is to take the money they spend on muffins and candy and fix the broken security lights and install insulation so the residents don't have such outrageous bills - and maybe install new wiring for internet so we can get what we're paying for!
