Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The Propety manager is Cheerful and shows much concern over the tenants, giving each one individual attention.

The Maintenance crew is competent and likable.

Could do with more flower beds and trees and perhaps an on staff landscaper/groundskeeper.
