Don't expect any kind of service at Tates Creek Village. Lani in the office is good, but Michelle is a total B***H. SHe is the rudest person I have ever tried to speak to. We lived at TCV for a year, the day we moved in, a list of things that needed fixing were given to maintenance, they came, said they would return, a year later we still hadn't saw them. Horrible!!!! Apartments are old, appliances are old, not well taken care of.
