Tates Creek Village is horrible. The staff doesn't care about anything except a paycheck. They are non responsive. I lived at TCV for 3 years while in college and constantly walked through dog crap, had my car towed twice even though i had a sticker, my air or heater never worked, and there are mice. A word of advice, keep looking.
