I lived at this location for two years. Management was never helpful; maintenance guys were very nice, but had their hands tied when it came to fixing things.

Parking is horrible and they only towed people parked in visitors' spots, which was crazy because it was usually residents who were forced to park there because of no parking elsewhere. One car stayed parked in front of my apartment for 3 months without being moved!

Heat and air is not controlled by the tenant and heat is TURNED OFF the 1st of April!!! Anyone remember how cold it was up into June'' 15 days between Sept. 2002 and May 2003 we were without hot water...and this was NOT during the ice storm. It had nothing to do with the weather.

Apartments are big and community is relatively quiet, but they are definately not worth the high rent for the older apartments and hassle from management.
