I lived at Tates Creek VIllage for a year and I am glad I decided not to sign for another year. During the ice storm we had a laundry spicket to break and completely destroy the ceiling downstairs. It was nearly three months before they replaced it and for another month it was green until they decided to paint it. We only had hot water in the bathroom upstairs because the cold would not shut off. We called maintenance twice about this problem and finally decided it would just be easier to completely turn the cold off. On several occasions the heat or air would just shut off for days at a time. Oh, and don't be fooled by the pretty carpet!! After being lived in for a week or two the true colors of the carpet came through. The door had nasty brown stains and around the sliding doors as well. I just want to warn the next poor soul who decides to move to these apartments. Oh yeah, everything they have said about Michelle is true. I don't feel the need to go into detail, I'm sure you already get the idea.
