cable in one room. (living room) not in bedrooms upstairs. but i will fix that now that i have gotten some information.

the vinyl floors are old and nasty.

there are large cracks in the walls.

i had the apt sprayed for bugs and i had spiders and they didnt go away.

everytime i make a request for maintance or anything the girls up front roll their eyes or have a smart remark to make.

overall the apt is spacious and i have made it into a nice place. but the ladies are not friendly and you might as well do everything yourself because they will make you feel like a burden if you ask them.

the maintance men are kick ass...both are very helpful and friendly. for the most part they know their stuff and can get it done.

heating and air is a -----...they have to switch it over you dont have any control on whether or not you have heating or air.

parking sucks. there isnt hardly any visitor parking so therefore my guest have to park on the road.
