The apartments are quite luxurious, spacious, and well equiped. They are located quite close to major arteries and shopping centers, but retain a secluded, quiet character, except for the inevitable presence of a couple of spoiled college kids. But they are not many, fortunately. Maintenance requests are rapidly dealt with. Everything is quite okay, so it is difficult to sum up all good points (such as, e.g., the ability to pay rent by credit card and accumulate lots of airmiles), but, as always, some things could be better. To name a few:
Inadequate recycling facilities. Only phone books are recycled!
No bicycle racks.
Playground in desastrous condition.
But, to be fair, we have been living here quite happily for one year now, and are not in a hurry to look for another place. I would recommend it.
