I have lived in Tates Creek Village for almost a year now. I love the spacious floor plan, which is a two-bedroom split level. It has plenty of closet space and although there are no windows, the doors off the bedrooms/family room are great for ventilation. One downfall for the complex is the fact that the ac/heating is regulated. You can only use one of these throughout the year, and the office decides when to turn it on. A few shortcuts were taken when the apartments were built, but nothing that can?t be overlooked. They advertise that there is a fitness center, which consists of a weight bench, a stair climber, and a stationary bike. They do, however, have 2 pools on site and a tennis court. I have had no problems with the servicers. Anytime something went wrong, it was usually fixed within the next day. The neighbors were very amicable and caused little, if any, disturbances.
