I've been with this apartment comples for about a year now, and might I say, the apartments are very nice. They are huge on the inside, making for a great place to have families or friends over. The neighbors are very nice, and the crime is basically non-existant. Never had 1 incident wtih any issues of that nature. The 2 Bedroom townhouse I lived in, had 2 patios ( on on the first floor, and one at the top ). The repairmen are always there asap to fix any problems you have, and very prompt on arrival, as well as being respectful to all your belongings.

however, although the place is great, and is very well located, the management in the place does need a huge improvement, as this is the only reason why I am moving in the fist place ( as well as 3 of my neighbors ). The management shows you no respect, and no empathy what-so-ever. They treated me with the lowest amount of respect that has even been given from any landlord that I have ever had. This to me, is the most unproffessional place of business that I have ever incountered.

one example:
I went in to speak with the lady that is the manager, to explain that we would be leaving. While she was talking to me, she got up and started walking to the back office, and I was unable to hear her from back there. So, in order to understand what it was she was tryign to say to me, i stood up and began walking towards the doorway, as I assumed that she meant for me to follow. However, as soon as I neared, she started screaming at me "DO NOT come in here, DO NOT. STAY EXACTLY where you are. YOU ARE NOT allowed back here, and I WILL NOT tolerate you coming back here. YOU need to SIT IN THE CHAIR, and WAIT.". I tried to explain the situation, but she just kept yelling that she did not want any type of excuses, that she merely wanted me out of the way, and siting in the chair to wait for her.

At this point, I was so frustrated that I did not even want to talk. So, now, instead of re-applying for my lease, I will instead be leaving gladly to a new apartment complex.

On the bright side, as I said, the environment, neighbors, and the apartment are all great places to live in, but the management will not be even remotely socialble to you. Do not expect any HUMAN treatment. Expect to be treated like trash.
