I have lived here for almost a year. Where do I begin. I was excited to find an apartment near uk, with all utilities included, a fitness center, laundry facility, and low price. Boy, I should have asked to see the fitness room before I signed my lease. The "fitness room" consisted of three tiny, severely used machines in a TINY cement hole w/ no windows. The laundry facility was extremely dirty. Lint everywhere. Half of the dryers did not work and still have not been fixed to this day. Also, I have recently discovered that rent will be going up and a monthly charge for utilities will also be tacked on. Parking is awful. The neighbors are immature thugs and spoiled college kids are everywhere. Dog crap is everywhere...everywhere! If the neighbors sneeze you'll hear it loud and clear. My upstairs neighbors are so loud, I swear they move furniture every night. They are currently draining the water that has sat in the pool since last summer, into the grass area around it. Now when I walk to my apartment it smells awful(like rotten eggs)...and can't wait for the mosquitos! They claim they are redoing the laundry area and that's great...but I don't want to pay for something they should have done years ago. It's not fair to raise the rent and charge a monthly for utilities for that. Where's the fitness center' the tanning bed' And soon the free utilities will be gone too! I would reccomend this place to someone I didn't like not to a friend.

All of this has been redone now. The fitness center and tannign bed are brand new and in huge rooms. The gym is in a room with sunlights and windows and has a tv and also a pool table and leather sofas.
