I agree with most people when I say that the staff at this complex is so unproffesional and very rude. They don't give a crap about you or anyone else for that matter. My air conditioner was broke the whole summer...even though the "maintenance" came to "fix it". The whole operation there is a joke. The apartments are priced way to high for crappy apartments. DO NOT RENT FROM TATES CREEK VILLAGE.

Actually there great priced for the amount of sq ft your getting not to mention all utilities included and the awesome patios and great sized kitchens for the price. I love it here!
