I have lived here 3 years never had a problem that wasnt fixed.i'm fixing to renew my lease in a couple of months.I really like it here. Every place has problems but theres always someone there to fix it.Buy your own home and you will see.Things do happen.Anyway all together tates creek is a good place to live.
