Im not sure how the women with short hair (Michelle) became a property manager! The only thing I can think of is whoever hired her must not have had to speak with or even met her. She is a B***h to say the least. She certainly does not need to be a property manager rather she deserves to be cleaning toilets at a gas station or working at the Fayette County sewage plant. At least there she would not have any contact with the public other than cleaning up their piss and stirring some ----. Shes running people out of that hell hole AIMCO calls an apartment community faster than she is turning potential residents away!

I hope no one would consider even moving to Tates Creek Village, and I hope that you do not have to suffer and deal with this unpleasant women for you will not be treated with respect or even as if you are a human being so dont expect to be! And dont count on stopping by the office during buisness hours on any day because you will not find anyone there. Same applies to calling, you will get the answering service everytime. Upon looking at the outside of the apartments you can guarantee that the inside only gets worse! They appear as old as they really are and are not maintaned at all.

All utilities is paid which seems to be the only positive side to Tates Creek Village. Be advised that rent is due on the 1st with not grace period, on on the second their is a $75 late fee and then $10 a day every day there after. Dont expect any services from the incompetant office and maintenance staff. In fact i wouldnt even bother requesting maintenace to fix anything, your better off fixing it your self.

If you dont mind living in a dump, and if management is of no importance and you want all utilities paid then Tates Creek Village is the place for you! Otherwise stay away from this hell hole posing as a apartment community!
