I see that there are a lot of rather negative opinions on this website, but my experience has been a little different.

This was one of the only places that satisfied my requirements - there are washer/dryer hookups, they allow pets, and the rent is midrange. My apartment is fairly nice, and noise hasn't been a serious problem.

We did have some headaches associated with the change in air conditioning units - the maintenance people had to come out many, many times. But they kept working and eventually got the problem taken care of, so I don't really care how many tries it took them.

The exercise facility and pool are good; they aren't usually very crowded.

My second biggest complaint is the dishwasher - it doesn't work well at all, there's always some sort of residue on the dishes, so I have to run them twice (or wash by hand.)

My biggest complaint is the lack of information from the main office on the body found in the complex (yes, in February a body was found here.) The incident didn't seem to be related to the complex in any meaninful way, but the management should still be responsible and release a statement to the residents.

I don't think they should have said anything if it wasn't apartment related. Your capable of watching the news arent you? The news can say just as much as they can. Also when you get funk on your dishes it means you need to clean your dishwasher dumbass.
