the apartments are ok - you can find better elsewhere for the same price...the office staff are horrible, uninformed and unfriendly, they told me wrong information when I was leaseing and swindled me out of my deposit. If you have problems too you can call 614 - 337- 2517 and ask for Jenny, this is their boss and you can file a formal complaint - complaining to the "manager" at the complex gets you no where.

The complex has new managment now and they have redone alot. The apartments are great now and so is the staff. Though I did live here around the same time you did and those peopole were kinda bitchy.

Dietz Management runs this property as well as Churchill Park Apartments. The corporate number is 614-337-2517... Renter beware of Churchill Park. Look at their ratings...

Do NOT rent from Tates Creek Village. They promised me an apartment by June 5, 2008 and it was June 11, 2008 before it was ready. The day I signed my lease I had to spend 3 hours cleaning because the place was so gross (mildew and soap scum in the tub, dirty floors, funk on the cabinets in the kitchen, etc). My carpet is so foul that my feet turn black when I walk around without shoes on it. The management has promised new carpet but has yet to produce. Anytime I call the office for anything the manager puts me on hold and never clicks back over. I try to be as nice as possible and I am treated with rudeness and disrespect by the office manager. I want to let everyone I know not to make the same mistake I made and move in this dump. I'm kind of stuck because I have already moved and don't have any friends or family in the town to help move me to another place.
