We are so ready to get out! The office staff absolutely SUCK. They are so rude and talk to you like your dumb. Things never get fixed when they say they will. We called code enforcement so that our rotting bathroom floor would get fixed. The office staff was upset and said that we should have come top them first. We did, twice! Each time we were told it was the flooring settling. Now im not an expert but flooring doesn't settle for 6 months and crunch. All they did is replace the flooring and brace something under the apartment. There was nothing wrong with the flooring in the first place. Its not worth fighting with them over. They paint everything..even the counter tops, i wiped off the counter with a cloth and took a layer off..i called to ask them about it bc i didn't want to get any on any food..I was told that it is a "special" paint used for counter tops that non-toxic if it gets on food. Ok but i dont want pain on my food toxic or not! It has not been a good experience and i do not recommend living here. Unfortuantly it cost so much to get of our lease that we are stuck here for 4 more months!

My fiance' used to work for one of the more "high dollar" complexes and they do the exact same thing to the counter tops. Not to mention I clean mine with 409 and all purpose bleach cleaner and it doesnt come off so I really doubt yours did with just a cloth. Get a life they are great apartments and your going to scare off someone who would love them like 99.9% of the residents do.

It is generally an epoxy based paint they use for the counter tops, and no amount of scrubbing will remove that kind of paint!
