i hate this place, i'm in the process of moving out. I have never seen so many rodents in my entire life, and i'm a clean person. Parking is a joke. There is not enough space for what you get.

The only good thing i can say is that the people that live there are cool.

They close the pool in august which is way too early. Also i need to remind everyone that these apartments are in a flood plane. While living there i suffered, and i witnessed several other tenants suffer, huge losses because of severe flooding. I have heard that it has happened before.

Your full of it. I've lived here for 3 years and yet to hear of this happening once. And I live in the only spot that even seems capable of flooding.

Floodplain? It is on a hill, the only place even remotely capable of flooding would be the few units at the base of the hill, even then not likely.
