Don't let the nasty reviews scare you off. I've lived here over ten years, so they must be doing something right. The current management is extremely friendly and helpful, and I have always found the maintenance staff to be timely and competent. The complex isn't brand new and may not have all the amenities that the newer complexes around town offer, but the rent is reflective of that.
