They will try to make you think it is a great place to live but you will find out otherwise REAL quick when you live here. My neighbor barfed on my doorstep after sitting on our mutual walkway smoking pot and drinking with ALOT of people. My other neighbor pushed someone off the balcony and they didn't kick him out. Now they are trying to screw me over on damages that the deposit is supposed to cover but they said they don't have to use the deposit for that purpose...What do they have to use it for I wonder' Maybe to over-pay the management that gets replaced every 2 months.

Tates Creek Village is a great place to live. Seems like your pets damage your apartment and you dont clean up after them you should be charged.

Wow, If you don't want to look like office staff don't respond and mention something I DID NOT mention in the complaint. LOL. My Pet didn't do any damages, my husband did by spilling a tiny amount of hair dye developer and the DEPOSIT is supposed cover those damages. But I guess since we paid that deposit to the previous company you just didn't want to have to pay for the damages out of the new companies pocket. Classy.
