Upon moving in we were very pleased with the place, very friendly, helpful. Once we moved in we had problems with our dish washer, they said they would order a new one and it would be in a couple of weeks... Two weeks go by, three weeks go by, four weeks go by and still no dish washer, I go over there to talk to them about it and they said they can't put a order in until the end of next month! After a little ranting they said they would talk to the head guy and he got it in the following week. The lighting fixture going down the stairs just fell off one day and it took them over a month to replace the dome. At some point between Dec. and Jan. apparently there was a staff change and they never told anyone about it. Each month we put our checks for rent in the box we put them in an envelope so they don't get lost, apparently the new staff believes that when theres an envelope in the box with the other checks you just throw it away! Since moving in the carpet looked semi decent before we moved in, but since walking around on it you can tell it should of been replaced about 5 years ago, also in the summer the water pipes are so close to the surface of the ground that cold water is nonexistent. We were told that every month the maintenance would come in and change the air filter, we've lived here 8 months and I'm still waiting on the first change. The outlets are shot, nothing will stay plugged in and the newest thing is we no longer have clear water, its brown.

I have lived here for the past year and I love it here. There is plenty of cold water, as a matter of fact my only complaint is that sometimes it takes like 4 or more minutes for it to get warm..even in summer. And I don't know if you like to complain or if your just ignorant but the water is getting a weird yellow tint in alot of places in lexington. I've noticed where I work and I work in a very nice part of town. If the lighting fixture fell off you obviously had to have done something since you've lived there for so long. Also if the carpet looked decent before you moved in and it doesn't now, get a vaccum. These are some of the nicest apartments in lexington, ecspecially for the price.

even tho the light fixture fell off because someone lives there, a light doesnt just fall off, it was put on poorly. Tates Creek village are not the nicest apartments in lexignton. try Kirklevington hills, the racquet club, the grove, those are nice apartments. the tates creek village, have horrid blue balconies. basically if you have any more bad events with this place, look up the company that owns them and give them a call. i promise you, you'll get everything taken care of. good luck hun!
