I just moved in a few days ago. Before I moved in the staff seemed friendly and it appeared to be a nice place to live. I was wrong! Before I moved in I was told the carpet downstairs would be replaced, and it was not. The carpet both upstairs and downstairs is disgusting. I have a list of SIXTEEN things that are messed up!! Including the walls, that were SUPPOSED to be painted, and werent. Nails all over the walls, (13 just in the kitchen!) the sliding doors don't slide, no trays in the oven, I could go on and on! Nobody in the office will EVER answer the phone!!!! Everytime I call I have to call ALL DAY LONG and finally someone answers towards the end of the day. Though I will say that after contacting the office and voiced my concerns, the consultant and the maintanance manager came up within a couple hours and fixed almost everything that needed to be fixed. And I am getting new carpet. Even though these things should have been done before I moved in, I appreciated their very prompt attention to this.
