I moved here at the beginning of the summer and have really enjoyed living at Tates Creek Village. I moved from out of state and my friend who has lived here for over a year recommended it to me. The renovations have really turned this place around. My new kitchen was just finished and I LOVE it! The office staff has been nothing but helpful to me during my transition to Kentucky. I would recommend this place to anyone. My a/c went out after the wind storm on a sunday and the maintenance guy was over 10 min after I called him. I don't understand why anyone has said such awful things about it, they are just ungrateful.

I am ungrateful, as I have been unfortunate to have had nothing but problems since I have lived here a short 2 months. Like I said in my review, I had not one, not 2, but 16 things wrong with my apt the very day I moved in. I am STILL finding things wrong with my apt, and cannot get anyone to come and fix them. It is vertually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone in the office. I have also heard from other residence that they are moving because of their awful experiences with TCV. As far as the kitchen renovations, I was told when i moved in that my kitchen would be renovated in August. It is now almost October and I still do not have the renovations. I was also told that I would get all new appliances in my kitchen, and I am finding out by other tenants who were told the same thing that they did NOT get new appliances, and there kitchen now looks horrible with yellow appliances, black countertops, and white cabinets. I am regretting every day that I moved her. I am glad you are having a much better experience than I.
