For the price, these apartments are adequate. However, they are aging and I have had many problems while living there this year. Their have been numerous leaks, closet doors breaking, window shades breaking and it tends to get very cold upstairs. These are all normal occurences with age. The staff at The Grove have been very helpful and are very quick to attend to the problem after it has been reported. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex to those who cannot afford to live in luxury.
