I think this apartment is a great facility, however they really need to enforce their rules better. There are people int he complex that have partys with loud music on their patio very often and nothing is every done about it. The other thing that I have found greatly bothersome is the lack of enforcement of pool rules. The office gives you a pool pass, yet never was I asked to show my pool pass nor were any of the other individuals that seemed to be strangers to the complex. Often on weekends I'd go down to the pool only to find strangers there jumping off chairs and the fences into the pool, leaving their trash, and screaming loudly. Possibly one of the individuals in the pool did live in the apartments, but we were asked not to have more than 3 or 4 visitors in the pool with us. These things just seemed to be uninforced. Random strangers on the weekend know that the office is closed and will bring their kids to the pool. None of which lived at The Grove. Very frusterating to know you pay for their entertainment. The apartments are great to live in and they have good prices and deals, infact the office is filled with nice people. They just need more people on the complex ground to enforce things.
