The Half-Way Home from Hell

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
After living here for year, which wasn't so bad. I have signed a lease for 6 more months. Ooops! The first year there were no major maintenace issues. This year there are. Multimple notices have resulted in any reaction.
Broken water heater'
Manintenace
"Oh now they can't use any of the water we pay for"
Leaky faucet'
"Who cares, This place hasn't been rennovated since the early 70's"
WTF! They do nothing to help residence. They'll do anything to get you to sign a lease and nothing to fix a problem!
I can't wait to get out of this pile!
