This place was looking good when we moved in 4 years ago and looks are not what to go by! A coat of paint covers the crap well at first! I have been trying to get my water fixed for 2 months now! A clogged sink is more important is what they tell me! I rarely complain as it never gets fixed but no shower for this long is too much! My windows are ready to fall out,..outlets short and they will not fix it! It is a death trap!! Buy good life and renters insurance if you get caught in this spider web!!! The carpet was old and smelled of cat urine after we moved in,.the garbage disposal does not work, the dishwasher requires the dishes to be cleaned first, and the bathroom vents work when they feel like it. Nothing has changed here under all these different managers,...I am still stupid for staying here but can't get out! PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS,....THEY ARE RIGHT ON THE MONEY!!! IT IS HORRIBLE!! Two bathroooms and neither works properly and one grows RED MOLD!! The lake smells in the summer and has trash all alone the shore. Dog Crap, tampons,beer cans, and fishing hooks liter the shore
