I would just like to say I never had an issue at this place, and I lived here for 2 years. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (and no, I'm not a male athlete like one review said). They bent over backwards to be helpful.People who complain about dogs being on the grounds...next time don't live in a complex that allows pets. There was dog poop on the ground, but I don't see how the office staff can be outside monitoring pet owners all day. Walk on the sidewalk! I never had a brown/cloudy/no hot water issue. Everything was always fine. Yes, the kitchen is a bit outdated looks-wise, but you should have known that before you moved in, if you took a tour. To the person that complained about no walk-in closets....that also would have been evident from your tour! We paid under $700 for a 2 BR/2 BA apartment, and for those of you unfamiliar with apartments in this city, that's a great deal. The one time I had an issue with bugs right after I moved in, the maintenance staff had my apartment bug bombed the next day. Maintenance was always fast when a request was made. There were some noise issues from partiers at times, but I think you will see that in most places you live. Overall, I really thought this was a great place to stay, and I have no complaints. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Sorry, I work in a hospital, not for management. And again, never once had brown water. And maybe I just lived in a building with no dogs, but I saw dog poop about twice nearby. Also, it's the dog owner's responsibility to pick up the poop (I would know since I owned a dog while living there), and it sucks when people don't pick up after their dogs, but again, I don't see how you can hold that against the complex. It's not like that's something that shows up on a background check
