I have lived here for over 7 years and have therefore gone through many sets of management teams. I can honestly say that the maintenance staff has always been prompt, courteous and efficient when I have had a problem. And, most all the problems I have had have been just simple wear and tear (i.e., water heater needing to be replaced, etc.). They have always acted promptly and treated me well. I can recommend this place to anyone.
