Upon first moving here, I loved it. The longer I have been here, there have been a few problems. Overall, the place is great, but not for the dollar value. The amemities are the focus of the apartment and what lures people in. Although they are good , they need to work on the actual improvement of the apartments. They are becoming run down, painting is a rush job, needs new flooring, lots of cracks in walls, ceiling,etc. and not to mention the noise of the neighbors, especially if you are on the first floor. Oh, did I mention the mass amounts of dog poo''Even the staff knows it's a problem and doesn't do anyting to enforce the clean up rules.
I'm part of the college crowd, and even I feel that the noise and excessive partying is a bit annoying. Also, not insulated well, my apartment is a small 1br and the electric bill was 70 bucks last month!
Staff is very friendly, but not all the intelligent...at least a few. They want you to renew a lease, but cannot give you the same price as the previous year, and if you wish to renew it earlier than right before you move, you cannot find out the price until your new lease starts! I've recently looked at places like colt's run and park place, in the same price range, with the same benfits, and definitely appeared better for the money. I will definitely move when my lease is up.
