As of my 2004 move out date the Racquet Club is a HELL HOLE! The apartments are run down, light fixtures on the walkway are out, (for YEARS NOW)! The dishwasher had not been fixed in 4 years, and my hot water heater BLEW UP twice in one year's time. Once burning my door (never fixed) and both times soaking my floor. Oh, and did I mention that the upstairs vacant apartment had a leak directly into my living room that was not taken care of for WEEKS! My neighbor partied all night and screamed vulgar obsenities, and the "courtesy officer" could never quite catch him in the "act". After fulfilling my lease, and being told by the office staff not to worry because the apartment was being"gutted" (6 yrs on carpet) they had the balls to send me a $95 bill for cleaning and a $75 bill for utilities and water 3 months after the official move out date! The office staff changes like most people change underwear, and no one has a straight answer. Don't be fooled by the amenities.

Are you kidding?!!! It's one of the most established apartments in Lexington (all of Kentucky and surrounding states for that matter)!!! I'm sorry if you've had problems, but maybe you best belong in the country where it's quiet or find a small apartment in New York the size of one of our rooms here at the Racquet Club and pay twice as much to appreciate what you had here!
