As for the "run down dump" let's get a few thing ironed out. Speaking from an employees point of view the reply for "run down dump" is silly. A little insight about that resident. First off, why did they live here for 6 years if this was so bad''' Seondly, a dishwasher not fixed for 4 years' Our service records don't ever indicate a problem and our service manager (who has been here for sometime now) doesn't know anything about it either. As for the cleaning bill, well the resident left soiled cat litter everywhere, five (5) bags of trash, a moldy ref.and dishwasher, and so much junk on the floor you couldn't see the carpet. Even if the apartment was going to be "gutted" the resident still has to remove their trash before we can do the work... Our service team had to remove the garbage therefore the bill of $95 was justified. As for the noise,(don't know anything about that one) it's possible but we would have done our best to correct it. To me it looks as though the resident was just upset ( and trust me she was, I have spoken with her) and stooped so low to trash us because she was billed for her mess and upset about it.
