Overpriced, but nice

My experience at the Racquet Club was an overall good one because of the staff. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful, helpful, courteous people. The hardest thing about leaving was saying goodbye to the staff - we got really attached! The apartments are also spacious and well-built, better than most in Lexington. However, there are parties every night of the week that are loud and get out of hand. There are on-call courtesy officers who do a good job, but I don't like to get on the phone when I'm trying to sleep. My neighbors (mostly rich frat/sorority kids whose parents paid their rent)were very loud and rude. The grounds are extremely well kept though, there is lots of parking, and the pool is very nice. The apartments are great if you are in college and don't mind the noise. But if you're looking for a quiet home, look elsewhere.
