I have lived here two years to long. The buildings have paint, roofing, and stairwell maintence problems. People going up the stairwell have cause a picture hanging on the adjacent wall to fall. I live in close proximity to the "bar" and have had beer bottles, glasses on my car the morning after, every Friday. Also be prepared to be awaken by loud car stereos, people yelling etc when the bar closes. I have also witnessed people urinating in the parking lot. The apartments were once very nice, but they are in need of work. I have 4 interior walls with cracked drywall from what the maintenance people call "settling". I would not recommend anyone moving here. There are better places in Lexington for what this dump charges for rent. Oh, if you tour the facilities take note of the indoor pool. It gets pretty nasty in the winter time, i.e. band-aids on pool deck. Upon move n I requested the area under the stove be cleaned because the previous tenant failed to do so. Well it still has the roach trap from then because the maintence people never got around to it. If they did it would take at least two visits to get it done right.
