This is by far the best apartment community ever! Whenever I need something fixed, they fix it! I always see them working on a new project whether it be painting the buildings, recarpeting the clubhouse, updating equipment or the pool, etc. They even have courtesy officers in the office so that you can pick up packages after hours or call about noise complaints or lock-outs.

I have one complaint...although the office staff is very nice and professional and they go out of their way to make residents happy one individual does not. She is very rude and unprofessional and I have no clue how she even has a job! Whether it be answering the phone with a snotty attitude like she hates the world, having the most discraceful look on her face at every person she sees, or acting as though she hates everyone...she is extremely negative. She is by far the most miserable individual I have ever encountered! I have heard several complaints from other residents and they all seem to think the same. My only suggestion to this community would be to give her some customer service training or eliminate her as am employee.
Beside the one issue...I love The Racquet Club and would recommend that anyone looking for an apartment in Lexington live there! It is worth the money and a great place to meet people!
