Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2005
i lived at the RC for almost 15 years and the last three were hell. in as much as the staff and the maintenance crew were excellent, the bar noise was unbearable!!! live entertainment on the deck by the pool was so loud you couldn't even hear your own stereo or tv in your apartment even with all the windows and doors closed!!! drunken college students abound, especially on Thursday nites when the band was playing. don't plan on getting any sleep on "party" nites. they go strong until 3 - 4 a.m.!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
