Overall, I have found living here to be enjoyable. The maintenance staff responds quickly even to non-emergency problems. I have never had a problem with parking. The gym and pool are kept clean. Also, there are a lot of pets in the community. Although people do not always clean up after their pets, somebody does, because it does not remain on the ground for long generally. I live near the clubhouse, and the music on Thursdays can be loud, but it does tend to get at least a bit quieter by 11 or so.
