this place is run by teenagers....and well thats the sort of service you're going to get....
if you can live in absolute hell from thursday to sunday..then by all means move here...it is so unbearably noisey...i mean the noise overrides your television....for some reason the racquet club feels like they are a restaurant with an apartment community.....the problem will come when the residents figure out that they are legally allowed to withhold rent becuase of the noise...then once they have gone to see an attorney only then will the racquet club do something about the noise.....so for all of you suffering i recommend u give city hall a call and an attorney....that should calm the racquet club down....as for the office staff...well who knows why they hire children...thats the type of service they want to provide for you.....

This poser I mean poster obviously has a personal vendetta against the Racquet Club because anyone who has had the pleasurable experience of living at the Racquet Club knows they cater to residents above and beyond what any other apartment community comes close to doing. I have lived here several years and know many residents who have lived here 5 plus years. I think the person who wrote the previous review should actually speak with the office staff about their issues instead of hiding behind this website because trust me, 99% of residents here are happy.

Looks to me like ONLY 59% of your residents are happy. Several have complained about the noise, I'm going to guess 41%. Only a SMART-ASS employee would post a response like poser 99% happy did. Yep 59% and going down!

Wow--using statistical evidence from a website that people can post anonymous complaints on as some sort of proof that residents are unhappy is pretty idiotic. The real fallacy there is that most people don't even know this website exists. Anytime you present a way to anonymously complain only people very upset (or people defending where they live) will take you up on that. I have yet to meet someone who found a place to live (or decided against a place to live) due to this website. When people can say whatever they want and be anonymous about it they usually will.

Well, I am looking for a place to live so I will make sure I call you and tell you that I am not going to live there because of this website, because that's exactly why I will not. I would not have responded, but smart-ass people really irk me. I agree with the person who says, these posts sound like an employee, and, as a working professional, I do not want to deal with with that kind of management.
By the way, I have heard the same complaints by word of mouth from previous tenants. Have a nice day.

Based on writing styles with the ... the person who posted this comment and the one after it are the same. WIth that being said, I like reading about negative sides of apartments, and thanks to this website I can do that. Its hard to ask the staff to give you this type of dirt. I just hope that apartment staffers from all over lexington do not post on this website. That would be unethical and ruin the entire point of this website.
By the way, I have heard the same types of complaints from people by word of mouth. ;)

So you will make your decision based on this website then? Let me just point out that out of every review in Lexington with more than 40 reviews the Racquet Club rates the highest. 40 still isn't a decent sample size statistically, but if you're basing your decision on this website you have to start somewhere--surely you're not going to move into an apartment based on six or seven reviews?

I am one of those people that will decide where I live on the ratings. I am out of state and will have to decide before going to Lexington. Still haven't decided if I will choose Raquetclub or not but just to let you know, there are people that choose by this. Oh, yes to be honest, at least no one has mentioned mold about Raquetclub, most seem to have that, I guess it the humidity.
