I am shocked to be seeing a few negative reviews that people have submitted about this apartment complex and that the overall rating is less than 60% (at least at the time that I am writing this review). I can't understand!

I have lived here for almost three years and would stay forever if I could, but I am getting married and moving to Greater Cincinnati. It is slightly pricey but worth every penny. I have practically looked at every apartment complex in Lexington, and have lived in about four over the years (I have just completed a second bachelor's degree, so about eight years in college has meant many Lexington apartments!). This is the best bargain in town, no question about it. I have never had a single complaint. My ceiling leaked in a rainstorm a few weeks ago. They responded immediately to protect my belongings, though the roof could not be fixed until the next day after the rain had stopped. But early that next day the roof was fixed and I haven't seen any water since. Totally not a big deal, and a super-fast response as always!

I can't believe anyone has had bad experiences with the staff! They are fantastic! Attentive, genuine, personable, responsible, accommodating, professional - very special people!!! I have always been welcomed within seconds of walking through the office door. Really, usually they are conversing with me before I even get through the door. They have several employees at this complex, and I will miss them all when I move. They bend over backwards for their residents.

The amenities are incredible! Two racquetball courts, a large gym, a dog run (my favorite amenity of all!), a large outside pool and outside bar, an indoor lap pool, a very private hot tub, two tennis courts, volleyball, an indoor resaurant and bar, an incredible clubhouse, a free weekly personal trainer for all residents (I've lost over 30 pounds since I've been here!), a free massage therapist, free yoga and pilates classes... need I say more'

In general, I get spooked easily when walking outside at night. But I have always felt very safe here. I have never seen any crime, vandalism, or suspicious people. Sometimes people party hard at the clubhouse on weekends and you'll hear an occasional partier in front of the clubhouse, but usually not for long. I don't know if they stop them from being loud or they just catch a cab and go home. It can even be kind of funny when it happens. This has never been a problem.

I would recommend The Racquet Club to everyone. If you are looking for an apartment in Lexington, you are insane if you don't consider this place. I am sad to be leaving, and hopefully my experiences in Cincinnati will be just as great.
