This is an overpriced dorm in many respects. There are quite a few college students who are REALLY loud there is no soundproofing and the walls between the apartments consist of dry-wall not so effective at keeping noise out. there has been vomit in the hallways. I had to leave because it just became too much. though i loved my apartment and the building has alot of charm.
