As with the other review, this place is an overpriced dorm. Students crawling everywhere making noise without regard to anyone else. Mgmt only cares about packing as many people into lofts. Appliances are cheap, and when something isn't working, it takes multiple trips to get a simple job done. Mgmt will lie to your face about everything. Don't expect to sleep at night since students will be making all sorts of noise. Mgmt says they take care of it, or they tell you to call security. Mgmt really doesn't care how much you bother your neighbors as long as you are paying your rent. They lie to your face and say they will take care of it, but nothing ever gets accomplished.

Building is three stories, but elevator only goes to the second floor and you better hope that you live near the elevator since it is a maze to get to the other end of the building.

Building is poorly laid out, noise is abundant, and the mgmt is the worst.

I've lived here since the summer and, while noise can sometimes be a problem (and usually during waking hours, almost never too late or too early), I am really satisfied with Lofts. As far as pricing goes, I dare you to find an apartment on campus with secured parking that is in as good of condition for less. Heck- try to find that anywhere in Lexington. Management has never misled or lied to me and I find them to be more than accomodating whenever I have an issue or request. Seriously, I have lived in some horrific apts in Lex and University Lofts is one of the safest, cleanest places I have ever called home.

I don't know where you are living, but I totally agree with the initial statement. Noise has consistently been a problem where I'm at. Watch where you put your hands on the rails, people have been known to put their gum on there as well. Office now refuses to sign for any packages. And what happened to Saturday hours?
