the biggest complaint I had with university lofts was the paint chipping off the celings, it fell on everything....even food, the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors alarm/ conversation. Management changes every other month and they have no working change machine for the washers and dryers in the laundry room. the central air units are noisy. If the main building locks are not working the homless will come in and sleep in the hallways.
